At the request of the UMC of Chugiak Church Council, the District Superintendent of the Alaska Conference of the UMC has called a special Charge Conference meeting to occur via Zoom format on February 21, 2020 at 11:20 AM (following service). The purpose of this meeting will be to hear the Church Finance Committee’s proposal and request for approval for a 10 year refinance term for the balance of the remaining mortgage. If approved the documents will be signed at the conclusion of the meeting (or as soon as possible) for immediate filing. This is a time sensitive matter and we hope those with any questions or concerns are able to attend the meeting on February 21, 2021 at 11:20 AM.
