UMCC Missions Committee is again coordinating gift baskets for our CCS families. This is a great way for our church to minister to a whole lot of families during this season.

As CCS is using the gym this year, we will NOT be doing our annual “wrapping party” and ask, if possible, that gifts be wrapped and labeled prior to delivery.  If you are unable to wrap, I do have elves and supplies at the ready to assist, please just mark you gift with family number/family member and place them in the bins.

Sign up will close on December 11th. Due date for all contributions is DECEMBER 12th by noon.

We will be staging boxes(labeled with each family number) in the back of the sanctuary, gifts and non-perishable foods can be dropped in the appropriate box any time the church is open.  Food will be collected in one area and divided among the families according to family size.

Perishable foods will need to be left with CCS staff (in church basement) during CCS working hours (Monday-Thursday 12:30-3PM).  Please let me know if you have any questions or need me to pick up gifts/food. Items can also be delivered to my house, please call me if needed to arrange a time for pick up or delivery.

Monetary donations also gratefully accepted.  Plenty of elves also available to get the shopping done if you don’t have the time!
