This course is designed to equip church leaders in The UM Church. It explores personal spiritual gifts, servant leadership, each leader’s role in developing future leaders, the importance of consistent spiritual practices, the core ministries of Leading, Caring, and Communicating, and more.
Participant Requirements: Have the book named above, read the 1st session ahead of the first session, and fully engage in all 5 sessions with audio and video active.
